Cues:

  • From an outstretched high plank, walk your feet up to your hands

  • Keep knees straight as much as you can while you lift the hips high (should feel your hamstrings stretch to end range)

  • Keep your shoulders over your hands

  • Hold for a moment before walking your hands forward back into an outstretched high plank
