Cues:
On your hands and knees, arch the entire length of your back into full ‘extension’ by engaging your hip flexors and the entire length of your back muscles
‘Shine’ your heart up towards the ceiling and hold for a moment
Then crunch into full ‘flexion’ by engaging your abdominals and glute muscles
‘Push your spine to the ceiling’ and hold for a moment before repeating from the beginning
