Cues:

  • On your hands and knees, arch the entire length of your back into full ‘extension’ by engaging your hip flexors and the entire length of your back muscles

  • ‘Shine’ your heart up towards the ceiling and hold for a moment

  • Then crunch into full ‘flexion’ by engaging your abdominals and glute muscles

  • ‘Push your spine to the ceiling’ and hold for a moment before repeating from the beginning
